Maxprop has been a leader in the real estate industry for over 50 years.
With a change in management and having noted a change in buyer and seller behaviours in the last few years, they saw a need to invest in social media marketing. By ensuring that their content was consistent with their brand identity and strategically creating, and disseminating content across their social media platforms, we were able to grow their following and engagement, and provide value for both their clients and their agents.
We were subsequently approached to handle all of their marketing activities across the entire Maxprop group. We were able to further standardise their brand identity across the collateral that we created for them. This included both digital and printed items. In addition to this we worked towards organically boosting the Maxprop website’s search ranking by introducing a bimonthly blog article, as well as creating a number of area feature articles for the website.
